They provided 5-star service, cleaned the room every day, and changed the towels daily, whatever you asked for, they always answer and assist you with a friendly smile. The rooms are amazing a lot of space and a beautiful view during the daytime and nighttime area and i Love the Greeting card makes you feel loved. thank you for everything you did and all the hard work you put into this hotel K.waan I highly recommend this best strategic very close to Groove at Central World and which is just opposite Platinum Fashion Mall and could save lots of travel time and cost The breakfast area was excellent and the food was delicious and had a wonderful dinner on my last day thanks to K.waan and ms first

Have always stayed at Amari Watergate whenever I visit Bangkok. Location is superb and within walking distance to major shopping malls. I booked a Club Premier room and the service provided was excellent. From the priority check in process, to being escorted to the room, to the privileges of using the Club Lounge, all the staff at Amari Watergate ensured that their service was tip top. Room was clean and spacious, breakfast spread was superb and the staff at the restaurant were also attentive to assist guests. Overall, a wonderful stay :)

Spacious room and very prompt respobd on my feedback with regard to a faulty socket outlet. Mr Mark, the Asst Manager is diligent and efficient on my personal approach to a feedback on Amari's general maintenance. Appreciate his absolute prompt diligence and warm hospitality. Thank you Mr Mark ! Certainly be back again on 23/9 🫠 Overall all staffs at Front Office are welcoming and cheerful ... keep it up !

Staff at reception are very friendly, professional and efficient. We were given a very high floor which I had requested and that was great. The hotel's location is excellent for our business purposes. The variety of breakfast items is impressive and you would probably have to be from the north pole not to find something that you like or something the Chef cannot happily supply.

A very rich breakfast. Excellent service staff throughout the hotel. I would especially like to praise the reception staff PIM Big comfortable beds. A large and well-equipped fitness center. The hotel is very close to both airport link and BTS stations. Several large shopping centers are within walking distance.
